Penske Truck Rental

I'd look elsewhere if you're interested in a truck. They canceled my month-old reservation the same day I went to pick up the truck, completely mucking up my move. 'Mike' at Taylor Rental/Penske was cordial but not the least bit interested in helping me get my truck -- he told me to call Albany if I didn't like it to see if they could get me a truck. (In other words, he wanted me to do his job for him).

Paul at Pellerin (working for a rival truck rental company -- you know the one), on the other hand, came in on Sunday morning to rent me a truck, and comped me extra mileage and furniture pads, too. THAT'S customer service, and it was night-and-day compared to what I got from the yellow truck guys at Taylor Rental.
