Penske Truck Rental

I would never rent the truck from this place or Penske again. They add on a $25 charge over and above any tolls you incur during the rental. This is complete horseshit. Not to mention the truck was a horrible ride over 55 mph.

You need to have a lot of business to get your equipment fixed

We have done business with Penske for a long time. The current service manager Mike Alger is just like the one before him they had to get rid of, they are all cut from the same poor customer experience cloth. Be proactive on problems and you wouldn't have them gents. When someone's truck is broken, it is already vexing. Their incompetent way of handling service orders is mind boggling and will make the situation 10x worse.

Need to restaff entire location in my opinion

Find an alternative rental company whose promising becomes realty. I've lost 100s of dollars in lost wages in labor and deposits lost for no show due to trucks promised and not delivered. ( scheduling means nothing to them) Using this company for many years their team went from phenomenal to horrible. They'll call with a conformation only to find no truck. They seem to figure a sorry will make the pain of lost money not hurt so bad. ( it's happened twice in a yr.) My advice is to rent a truck from a reputable company that fulfills on their promises!
