Penske Truck Rental

I had great luck with Penske!! I thought I had a reservation at U-haul for a van. Got confirmation via email and everything. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was no longer available. Then why did the system let me reserve it?? (and count on it) On short notice I called around and got Ron at Penske. He didn't have one in house, but called for one out of Mansfield for me. He went above and beyond by staying late to make sure that I could get the vehicle I reserved. He was extremely professional. Great guy!! Ron, Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Great experience, dropped truck off for PM and couple small things. Was done the next morning and work was 10/10

I have rented twice from the Elmira Grand Central Ave Penske location. Both experiences were positive. Their customer service and attention to detail were impeccable. They ensured that the type of truck that was requested was available, clean, and ready for pick up at the scheduled time. With that said, if you need a rental, I would highly recommend these folks!
