Penske Truck Rental

Amazing service all around. They called prior to the appointment to check us in. They didn't have the truck that we scheduled so they gave us the bigger truck for the same amount of money. Unlike uhaul they actually offer UNLIMITED MILES. A couple days after returning the truck we got another phone call to follow up on our thoughts of renting from them.

If I could give no stars I would it's a hole in the wall and the people that work there are extremely rude trust me go anywhere else

I recommend highly!!!! J, Sue, Kelly, and Karlee and Nick... super awesome people to work with! They are very easy to get in touch with and they confirm all appointments! The trucks are always clean and safe...

They hose people on the weekends. Was told weekday rates are $30/day but Saturdays are $100/day PLUS .99 cents a mile gas! Was told Corporate sets this up deliberately. I'm happy as a clam now that I've gone with Budget - only $65 for the entire day WITH the gas (.59c per mile to boot). Also impossible to get on the phone with these people - avoid at all costs!
