Penske Truck Rental

Reserved a truck weeks in advanced and at the time of pick up they called me to tell me that they don't have a truck available for me. They said if I want to rent one, I'll have to go pick it up myself all way in Philadelphia.

They explained that its due to someone from last night not dropping off their truck, but that doesn't align with their promise of having 'a guarantee that the vehicle you reserved, or an equivalent or larger vehicle, will be available at the time and location you selected.'

Hope their advertised promise is kept if I rent from them next time.
