Penske Truck Rental

I had a great experience, renting the truck was easy & fast. The employee was nice & answered whatever questions I had.

Rachel is awesome. Great customer service rep and such a pleasure to deal with. Penske is lucky to have her! I rent there regularly and it couldn’t be more easier for my business.

Was stuck on the side of the road for almost 7 hours, Penske would not give me a sub unit. They said my only options were to limp my truck 30 minutes back home or wait for the tow truck and get it towed back. If I limped it home I needed to extend my rental by one day but they wouldn’t give me a new truck and I still had to pay for it. Fleet Pride took almost 2 hours to come out and the tow truck took about 3 and was sitting with nothing to do at all. Called Penske Roadside at 8:30pm didn’t get home til almost 3:45am. Not ok should not have to pay for this.

Douglas and Joe were best team to works with, very professional worker I have ever seen.
