Review:
Rented a truck days ago and specified a truck with a liftgate. Came to pick it up and not here. No apologies or anything. Just an oh well. Poor customer service. ( I didn't have a chance to call the owner back because I was being helped by Uhaul due to Penske falling short). BTW you have my number if you truly cared.

Review:
Great rental experience. No problems getting it on time, and check-in was easy. Did a one way trip from Frederick to Ranson, staff was willing to work with me at both ends, were friendly, and no delays on either end. The 26 ft truck I rented seemed new enough and ran smoothly.
