Review:
The guy that rents the Penske trucks sold me additional insurance for my rental. I left and quickly realized the mirrors were not right and I couldn’t adjust them. I called back in. He told me they were manual adjustment and they were hard to adjust. Use the corner and press up. If you were to break it don’t worry. That’s why you bought insurance. Yeah right!! I broke the tiny blind spot mirror and then showed it to him when I turned it in. That’s no problem. It’s covered. WRONG! What they don’t tell you is there is a 1,000.00 deductible! I was turned over to collections for a mirror for 218.00 today which I paid.
RENTER BEWARE!!
THEY DON’T DISCLOSE VITAL INFO AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. MISLEAD YOU.
HE NOR LINDA RETURN PHONE-CALLS EITHER. TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
