We had rented a truck from Budget. Long story short, on move day they didn't honor the reservation and we were left empty handed. Budget actually referred us to Penske Truck Rental and THANK GOODNESS they did! Lucas, Assistant Rental Manager, was phenomenal. He was empathetic and expressed how sorry he was for our situation. He quoted us a price on a 26' box truck that was over HALF what Budget quoted. He suggested discounts that we qualified for and we were out the door with a truck in less than 20 minutes. Lucas and Penske singlehandedly saved our move. Overall great experience, 10/10. Would HIGHLY recommend!
