Went with a friend today to get storage unit. Kim is awesome. You can tell she cares about people. Would highly recommend!

Mooresville location may leave you high and dry if you need a lift gate truck. Was told I could get a lift gate truck as long as I reserved a week out. Made the reservation 9 days in advance and was told the day before my reservation day that they would not have one but they could put me in a ramp truck. I later found out from another location they do not guarantee lift gate trucks on personal rentals. Great people, but be careful if you need a lift gate truck for a particular day. After many phone calls, penske was able to find a couple of trucks half an hour to an hour away.
