Penske Truck Rental

Everything went smooth! Laurie the manager of this location was wonderful to work with. She had our reservation ready, went over everything... even helped us get the trailer hooked onto the back of the truck. Only downfall was it wasn't all set up ready for us to go... we had to hook the truck and trailer together, which was extra time... but overall... best service I've had ever at a moving truck company... and this is move #4.

Clean and efficient.

I don't usually write reviews (this may even be my first), but I had to because of my interactions with an employee named Brandon. I rented a truck and everything was super simple. Brandon was thorough and gave me just enough information to get on my way (~30 start to finish). On top of that, Brandon hooked me up with a few discounts, which I wasn't expecting. I can't say I'll be back there since I moved (hence, the truck), but if you are moving in the future I would highly recommend this place. Hopefully you are lucky enough to deal with Brandon.
