Penske Truck Rental

Had to have a trailer repair and I asked the service tech about how long it would be. He very rudely said when he's finished. I already knew that but what I need to know is if it's going to be a couple hours I need to call dispatch if it's going to be a few minutes it's fine. I wouldn't have people like this working for me.

Great staff very helpful and accommodating. Even though we had a couple scheduling hiccups due to the storm and miscommunications they made everything work out for me and I really appreciate everything they did for me when it came time to move my stuff.

I had a great mechanic that was interested in explaining the issue with my Volvo VNL. Great mechanic, big yard, truck wash and fuel bay.
