It's lik they don't kno wat they doin. Called 2 weeks ago and told them i needed a window replaced explained everything to them was told it was ordered. Called 3 days later and was told I would be called bac and given a eta was neva called bac. Came in the next week to see if it was there was told it wasnt even ordered so i went out and personally showed them the window and was told that they are ordering it and it would be there within a day or 2. Called yesterday which was a week later was told i would be called bac with a eta was neva called bac Called today only to find out they didn't even order it. Sayin someone must of dropped the ball. All yall dropped the ball i been talkin to several different ppl for weeks which they all told me it was ordered only to find out no one ordered it...Simply ridiculous would give 0 stars if i could
