Penske Truck Rental

Horrible experience. I paid $477 for cargo insurance under the impression that if anything happened to my cargo while the truck was moving it would be covered as how could it not be for that price on a way one rental.
But since in the fine print buried in the terms policy says it’s not covered I was scammed out of $477. And when my $650 tv broke in transit it was not covered.

I’d appreciate it if they made this right

(EDIT: To the owner: Customer service is still refusing to pay for my tv. Are you willing to help me?)
