Nothing gets done correctly takes multiple visits

I never have issues with my local Penske place, I've used this one a handful of times and had issues EVERY time. issues happen, but the lack of communication is even worse, they don't respond to emails and they don't call you back when they say they will. If you have another option for truck rentals, I would go with that. I know we will going forward.

Literally saved my day. Jack has been a tremendous help. He showed an outstanding customer service and proactive thinking. If not for his due diligence and attention, my business would have lost thousands due to an error made by another employee at another location. He was to discover it and up on realizing what’s happening, made his business to call me. It allowed me to restructure driver’s schedule and avoid costly delays. He stayed in office past his working hour just to accommodate us. Excellent and outstanding job!
