Penske Truck Rental

Rented two trucks and car dolly's and had amazing experience, even with our last minute changes. Everyone we dealt with was super professional and went out of their way to help.

Jack was super helpful. We got a flat tire on our way and the location was closing at noon that day. We ended up dropping off our car by tow and rushing across the way … to the WRONG PENSKE LOCATION! That location said it happens all the time but unfortunately did not have the 16’ truck we needed for our move that Sunday. We had 10 minutes to rush to Ladson. Jack called us saying he had to lock up and we wouldn’t make it and HD had a 16’ truck. Told him they said no it was going out. Turns out they hadn’t logged it off the system so he got everything ready for us. Inspection, paperwork, all of it. Walked in, signed, apologized profusely for being there at 12:02pm… got our truck and we were on our way. Jack at Penske Ladson went above and beyond. That is customer service!! ??????
