Needed them for my move. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop off

Got there at 8am to pick up a reservation. They charged first before revealing the truck had a flat tire. They offered no replacement and told me to 'put air in the tire' with zero insurance the structural integrity was solid. Then after attempting to bait and switch on a discount staff became rude despite my calm demeanor. Had to call Penske directly to make sure the refund went through to boot. Inept staff, rude customer service and a dangerous truck not up to any kind of standards. Uhaul is right down the street on memorial. Don't give these clowns your business if you value your money or your safety.
