Penske Truck Rental

Asked twice two different persons if it is possible for a driver to come pick up a truck on sunday. Was told: “yes, before 11pm you can”
Its 7:50pm driver is at the gate… but everything is locked. Service ext goes to 24/7 nationwide roadside.

I only wish these ppl that so confidently provide wrong information to face same irresponsible ppl on their way!

I didnt ask twice just for fun. Driver has a schedule, that he will not be able to meet, because of grown up people that have no idea about their work place open hours.
