Penske Truck Rental

How do you have a wash bay thats uses no soap or degreasers? Wash bay is useless.

If you've ever had to move, you know that it is a very stressful event that will physically wear you out... but I would like to share a very positive experience that I had in the midst of the storm..

I was in route to pick up our 26' ft Penske moving truck rental.

Now.. understand, I was definitely the one running behind schedule, due to some of the toughest Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic that I had ever experienced, but was doing my best to make my 4pm to 5pm appointment window time-slot.

When I arrived at the 550 Interstate W. Pkwy location in Lithia Springs, to pick up my rental truck at exactly 5:00pm, everyone in the administration office was packed up and walking out of the door, ready for an awesome weekend.
I had booked my vehicle reservation for Friday-Monday and would've never been able to complete the move-out in time, had I not been able to secure a rental vehicle.

Halfway in tears of frustration, Mr.
Edwards went above and beyond to make sure that my 60 mile, 2.5 hr trip during rush hour, on a Friday afternoon was NOT in vain..

Ryan put his personal items to the side and extended 15 minutes of his personal time to get us situated, and on our way..

Mr Edward's and the entire Penske Truck Staff showed true professionalism in extending their personal time to make sure that we were taken care of..

FIVE STARS, isn't enough...
I would Give 10 Stars if I could..

Everything was awesome! Customer Service was great! I would have given 5 stars but I just felt 1 thing wasn't secure enough. Won't list it here. Otherwise great!

I had a confirmed reservation for a truck rental. When I arrived at the scheduled reservation time the truck was not ready and it too 45 minutes to get the truck putting my entire day behind. During the rental the lift gate stopped working, in the down position, making it impossible to unload or drive. They sent a tech out who was able to get it back into the up position but he couldn’t get it fixed so they had to bring me another truck, from another location, which took an additional four hours before I received a replacement. I get it that you can’t anticipate unforeseen breakdown and that they happen all of the time. I am more frustrated with the delay in the pick up, when I had a scheduled rental time. The breakdown was just the icing on the cake.
