Penske Truck Rental

Called to get information on a truck and was given conflicting information from the person I spoke with - misquote rates I can see online. I hung up and made an online reservation for the truck. Within 15 minutes I was called by the person I originally spoke with stating my reservation was being cancelled - stating my truck was not available due to an issue with the website. Website states 3 trucks of the size I need are available in Douglas County, GA area. Customer service made no effort to help locate any truck. Just kept making their problem mine. A week later and these same trucks are STILL showing available for rent. Not clear what the issue here is but customer service definitely was not helpful. -
