Penske Truck Rental

Clean and nice. Good customer service

The truck was terrible. The front end alignment was off, the truck pulled to the right the entire 2,500-mile trip. It had no power, I was repeatedly passed by Uhaul trucks pulling cars up hills. This truck was dangerously slow. The Bluetooth microphone didn't work. The return site was closed on a random Tuesday.
I gave two stars instead of 1 only because it didn't leave me stranded or catch on fire.

This location deserves no stars. This is the second time in 18 months that they have provided less than decent service.

For this review I’ll focus on today. I went to drop off a truck and trailer only to find the location closed. After calling other locations and Penske corporate we were able to change locations for turnin. This place needs a complete professional overhaul. I have dealt with many other Penske locations across the country and the Crestview is below the bar.

Advice to all, use Fort Walton Beach or DeFuniak locations.

Make shur you point out scratches dents or anything out of the ordinary this 1 in Crestview fla saved me from paying alot of money because the 1 in amelia oh not a good to rent from

Changd dates and times to charge extra day. Had to call corporate. Staff commented multiple times we were not charged enough when when we had a contract from where we picked it up. When we got our receipt and saw and extra day charged the staff would not fix it when we were obviously charged for a day we did not use.
