Penske Truck Rental

Our experience was horrible. When we picked up the truck they didn't have anyone available to hook up the car trailer. The truck should have been inspected. It was out of def and we had to replace the wipers. The worst part was returning the truck in Crestview, FL. Regina at American Self Storage was rude. She has no business working with the public.

This company will absolutely rake you over the coals. We booked a truck through them more than 2 months ago. The price was outrageous! In the meantime, we found a moving company that would load/unload and set our furniture back up for $1,000 more than our Penske rental. We wouldn't have to carry anything, drive or buy fuel. Today when I canceled my truck reservation, Penske was magically able to drop my price down by $2,000... Way to take advantage of people Penske!

It's too pricy. But understand that gas n stuff is going up. Were thankful they didnt charge us extra days that we had to keep it since they were closed for 3 days.
