Review:

I called today at 4:50pm for information and I asked the lady that answered the phone if I could talk to someone that speaks Spanish and she said we are in America so speak English she was rude and unprofessional I just want to let the manager in Lake Alfred location know that a lot of Hispanic people live in the US and we deserve respect as citizens and the staff need to treat all customers with respect.
