Great service and clean, well maintained trucks

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Me and my colleague are route drivers for a company sent to pick up a vehicle at this location he walked in then I followed to see if I could assist. We got no greeting or friendly good afternoon and no customer service. He then was told that the vehicle was there and scheduled but not scheduled for departure today. What a bunch of crock. Highly unlikely to be true or accurate. My colleague overheard her tell someone on the phone that these guys are not the regular drivers, whatever that means(minorities/people of color). I ask if I could use the facilities and a gentleman said I needed to go to the gas station down the street for a public restroom as if I just was walking by and walked in, unbelievable. The racial undertones of that interaction towards myself and my colleague was hurtful as well as laughable. Inclusion and acceptance is non existent here. My colleague called support and they were unable to get the truck released and so it was a blank trip. Go elsewhere for service don’t waste your time.
