Penske Truck Rental

I rent a 26' truck every couple months all over the east coast and midwest and am always pleased with how customer service oriented this company is, until today! I usually book over the phone because it's so convenient and they always answer any questions I may have regarding weight or whatever comes up. Am I going to stop renting from Penske? No Would I rent from the Stuart location? I'd rather walk on glass than deal with the attitude and belittling that I experienced from that location

Would leave a zero star review if possible. Incredibly rude staff at the Stuart/Hobe Sound location. Will go to Uhaul instead from now on, despite being 15mi farther away.
