These guys are welcoming, efficient, and professional. Saved me time in a very time-sensitive schedule. Just make sure to call ahead of time. Trucks are clean, refueled, and in excellent condition.

Disappointed with our recent experience with Penske Truck Rental.
Was very clear with the Rep that we needed the best available newer truck as we were moving a 4 bedroom house 1000 miles. They gave us a truck with bad tires and 161,000 miles on it that couldn't climb hills! Had to go 35 mph on the highway! Not safe! They did give a refund for our aggravation a portion of the rental cost but will never go back to this location for rental. Not properly trained or staffed
