Nice people fast service

Had a scheduled pick up. Showed up on time and the lady who was supposed to give us the keys watched us pull in the parking space, right next to her, and she got in her car and left.
Called the after-hours number and they confirmed she was supposed to be waiting to hand the keys over. We were sent to Horn Lake because she left. Horn Lake is 30 minutes away.
Drove to Horn Lake. Now an hour after the scheduled rental time. The Home Depot they sent us to had the truck, but no keys. So they gave us a 26ft truck instead of 12. That is so hard to drive and does not fit in the driveway at the house we are moving to, or on the street out front.

I am beyond angry. I sincerely hope that the Caucasian brunette woman who looked straight at us and drove away is reprimanded for her awful customer service.

The company should in no way be charging us for this rental after so much inconvenience.
