Penske had our 26 ft truck ready to go, it was sanitized, with a full tank of gas as promised. The lady who took care of us was friendly, knowledgeable and had us on the road in no time. In general when deciding to rent a truck or hire moving company Penske won hands down with price, pay only for gas not miles, 24/7 roadside assist included and was the only company to ensure that the truck we wanted would be at that location. Everyone we talked with at Penske knew their stuff, they locked in a price for 6 months and were excellent at communicating, a week before, then again the weekend before and by text to make sure that we were good to go. One call to Penske made every other company pale in comparison.
