Penske Truck Rental

We have used Penske for about the last nine years at least every 18 months and we had a issue this last time with a truck and it had nothing to really do with Penske it had to do with the poor communication from home Depot that least us, however the Penske location on Old Nashville road in bowling Green Kentucky really treated us well I went in there and talking about the issues they had and Carson Wheatley in management really listened and corrected our issues I'm very happy to say I'll definitely be doing business with them again

They all know their jobs well, and must get paid enough to enjoy it because they are always eager to help make each reservation a great experience

The staff was great and very helpful. The gentleman that helped me with my rental made promises and kept them! I commend penske on a great atmosphere and great personnel that keeps there word with a smile and friendly demeanor. Thank you Penske for your great service.
