Penske Truck Rental

Highly recommend this Penske location specifically!!
Not only do they have the best deals on truck rentals, but they also have an employee named Tre.
I've rented a truck there 2 times over the past few months and dealt with him both times. He was incredibly helpful and caring.
I had some issues with the Home Depot because that's where I picked up my truck the 2nd time. Kind of a huge issue, and they were so not helpful. So I called Tre and he worked for hours and was on the phone with me all day fixing the issue. He really cared about MY struggle and did everything in his power to fix it. He was kind, understanding, and good at his job! He was great every single time I dealt with him.
Penske, I'd say it's time to give Tre a nice fat pay raise! He earned you a life long customer!

Van wasn't at pick up location. Called 2 weeks prior to set this up. When I called to complain they said van was at pick up location. They never asked nor confirmed a time. And i received no apology.

The shop is okay

Needed a truck for a trip to cleveland. They tried to put me in a filthy truck . Wires and old phone mounts stuck to the window ,it didn't even have a windshield wiper on the passenger side. I went to a different location for a better truck.
