Amazing experience, great customer service, clean truck!! Jared at the location even drove me home after dropping off the truck, when I had an emergency and needed to get back home quickly!! Won't ever go back to uhaul, and I have moved 8 times!! Trust me, pensoP is the best and much more affordable!!!

Terrible Service. I rented a truck over the telephone. The Penske agent said the truck was ready. When I went to pick up the truck 20 minutes later it wasn't available. The agent said I would need to pick up the truck at another location.
