the staff at Penske was very very friendly and pleasant even though they weren't able to fix my truck yesterday. I really can't hold it against them but that's why this is a four-star rating not a five.

Small location, not as much staff as the others in the area, but they do an amazing job with what they have! They care not only about their trucks , but their customers and people.

When you walk in the door, and the Service Manager makes eye to eye contact with you, then walks off without saying a word to you, Customer Service is not important to them. If I could rate them at 0 stars, it would be more accurate.
