I rented a truck about two weeks ago. I needed a one way trip out the city with a tow. The rental truck itself cost $1000 to drive 73 miles into another city and stay there. Plus I was not able to tow to my car because of the mode and year. So I opted to drive there and return to terre haute. I paid $100 deposit, upon returning the truck I retun I filled the gas tank of the car which cost me around $80. I was told my deposit would be returned the following day. The next day they returned $20 back of the $100. When I asked why they said I did not fill up the tank. They refused to give me my money back. Now I’m out of all that money. Would not rent with this company again.
