Penske Truck Rental

Worst company to rent a truck, never again and will tell anybody that ask me about renting a truck not to use your trucks, I needed a storage unit and a rental truck in Detroit so I look up Google maps and it showed a storage unit and a penske truck rental together at the Royal oak location, at no time when making reservations that anyone at penske tell me that there is no penske at that location, why mark it as a penske location when there isn't one there? when my daughter got there they look around and couldn't fine a penske truck rental office there , finally she went to the storage unit office and ask about penske and he said we rent trucks by penske here, WOW, you think penske would let me know, then they wouldn't take any of my credit cards due to they say was giving them a error but they accepted my debit card (same as cash) what bs, that's why you people getting a F. Rating and if possible a -0 rating, what a nightmare that was

Has to rent a truck with a power lift for a delivery. Folks at Home Depot were great. Got it done.

Friendly staff. Quick at emergency repairs. Eric was very helpful with constant updating on the repairs.

Kim was a lifesaver tonight - stayed an hour past close to make sure we were set for our move. She went above and beyond, helping with issues out of her control, making multiple phone calls with Penske. Thank you so much Kim!!!
