Penske Truck Rental

I just don’t like the way they do business. Had a rental for a low rate for them to turn around and change my rate and raise it almost $400 dollars if you are a small business like me I wouldn’t recommend going here.. I also was charge for almost 3000 miles when I turned the unit back in. I thought they were taking the extra miles on my weekly payments but they wasn’t. But like I mentioned earlier what did for me is when they called saying that they was going to have give me a new rate which was almost $400 bucks. Just bad business and greedy.!

Helpful and friendly staff. Reserved online and when I got there they didn't have the size truck I reserved, but it was easily managed and got the same price to get a different size. Don't know if it's the same price as a standard or because of the mistake. I'd recommend calling in ahead and checking if you really need a certain size truck.

Awesome place, Paul the service manager is on top of his shop, nothing's perfect but Penske Allen Park is as close as you'll get in this economy and this industry.
