Penske Truck Rental

I am very Blessed to be able to have my equipment serviced at Star. Basic maintenance on my trailers and the occasional PM on my trucks is such a treat so far from home. I love the personal touch they provide being an honest loyal business that takes care of me like family. ?

My customer, Pace Industries, is less than a half mile from Star and I am very blessed to have a drop yard for my equipment to use 24/7 and is safe and secure.

The service and communication is a 12 out of 10 and repairing my trailers is off the chart. I can’t use enough adjectives describing how much I am so appreciative and happy that I have a shop that cares about me as an individual. Keeping me safe on the roads and other families while driving is my objective. I want everyone to go home and see their loved ones every day and not be involved in an accident.

I am not just a customer to Star, I am a Christian man with a family, trying to make it home at the end of the work week. A warm fuzzy bear hug, smiles, and laughter, awaits me as I open the door to my house at the end of a long week far from home. Even the fuzzy 4 legged kids wag their tails and get excited when Dad gets home. ?

I also love supporting the local businesses since I run a small transportation and Logistics company and understand the struggles of being a small entity in the business world.

Didn't actually fix my semi, changed unnecessary parts instead of the actual issue

5 star washing. 7am to 330pm

James in service on 2nd shift is top notch, what a great guy. Bent over backwards to take care of us tonight. Because of him, we are still on track for on time delivery after a breakdown, even in the worst snow storm of the year. Thank you James! Star, you have a great guy on your staff.
