Penske Truck Rental

The local auto shop, Jeffery's auto, was excellent. My expierence with penske as a company was Less than mediocre. Don't buy the insurance and expect the roadside assistance to help for no extra cost. Got our moving truck stuck in the sand in the driveway and they call it 'reckless driving' and said the cost of a wrecker would be my responsibility. Even with the 'better' $400 insurance option I purchased

We always have a great experience with Penske we had a rented unit at Green acres which was conveniently our pick up location. Indoor loading made it really awesome. Truck was clean and ready to go. Our truck had a few mechanical issues, nothing that left us stranded but was more obnoxious as we had a lot of ground to cover and driving a truck that all of a sudden loses all gusto and speed for no apparent reason was a time killer. And the window wouldn't roll all the way up so it was loud and breezy. But it did the job!

Cost of gas was way cheaper then expected. The overall cost to rent was surprisingly low. My whole experience was pleasant.
