Chuck the technician was incredible! I have a new trailer rental and had a devil of a time getting the tandems to slide consistently. Chuck diagnosed the system and helped me UNDERSTAND how the trailer valve and air system maintain pressure as well as lose air pressure making it confusing for me when both engaging and disengaging the pins
BTW ..this Penskey is my preferred location because the technicians are kind and knowledgeable.

Out standing service! They took care of me right away even though they were working on another truck just to get me back on the road.
