Great experience renting from this company. Prices were reasonable and mostly milage based, truks/vans were in great condition, and most importantly the employees were super nice and accommodating and felt like a small mom/pop business. By this I mean customer service was spot on, employees had the authority to solve problems without checking with 'management' or transferring you to some call center, and when you had multiple inquiries you either got the same employee or another employee who knew the first employee on a first name basis. This leads to accountability and makes me feel like a valued customer. They have earned my business and I recommend them to others.
