Penske Truck Rental

I, Michael Tate, personally want to thank Mr. Marcus Dillon-Kools for not only helping me with getting a brand new gas cap with a connection-chain hooked inside the gas tank, but he also filled up my windshield wiper tank with fresh fluid and to top it off, he inspected my tires and found out my front left tire on the inside threads were bald and needed to be replaced with a new tire. He went above and beyond to make sure before I left there on July 8, 2024, on a Monday evening, that my truck was in good ? standing and could pass inspection if stopped by DPS Troopers. This guy needs a Raise and a Promotion. I know I am not the first customer he has looked out for. So to the Penske Owner of this location, give Marcus Dillon-Kools something special for his work. Great place to conduct business. The staff was attentive and detailed. I had a great experience.

Went in for my 60,000 mile PM.
They went through everything and said I was good to go.
I left went back to Warroad MN on a Monday night and woke up Tuesday morning to my dash RED and emergency engine shutdown counting down. And motor shutdown. Finding out i can't bypass my idle shutdown now and park regen doesn't go on by itself any more. Also on my way to TN my stability control unavailable service soon light came on and another light on the dash came on.
To say the least now I have to burn another personal time off day to go back to the shop for repairs.
Not happy at all with this situation and I am being polite about this especially when it is 3.5 hours from my destination each way. At least 7 hours of drive time and however long I have to sit at the shop and WAIT.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Marcus and Tyler we rented a Penske truck in grand forks heading to Arizona on the way the check engine light came on I called them and explained I was heading out and my next stop would b Fargo they did not hesitate or question anything they had me bring it in switched trucks with no hassle our move was a little delayed but we made it to Arizona early Friday morning the new truck handled amazing thank u Tyler and Marcus for going above and beyond u guys are seriously wonderful
