I am a customer, no ties nor compensation from Penske.

You pay for what you get, in both in life and in rental trucks. Before you move, what do you want - to be called 24 hours before only to find out your truck is 180 miles (one way) away, or AT the location your reservation location you booked? Penske goes way above and beyond to make sure your truck is ready for you.

I always want the best deal, but I am also practical and value my time. Having the truck and trailer at the location I reserved is a huge value to me.

Call Penske, it's worth your time.

Never going to rent from this company again! They charged me $100 for being 30 min late but when I called she said I wasn't late but it charged my account and now I got overdraft fees !

Horrible customer service. Made a reservation and set up an account twice, called a couple days in advance to verify my reservation both times and they had no record of my reservation or account. Put me in a bad position, thankfully I was able to set up a last minute reservation with another rental company.
