Watch your wallet at this Penze Truck Rental in South Holland. They will over charge you and go up on the rate at will. Check the mileage too because they will charge you for miles of the previous driver. I know because it happened to me. I see why Penske have low review ratings. Watch out for the short Asian girl with black hair, she'll rip you off!!!
It's sad because I live in the neighborhood. Maybe that's the reason I was overcharged and treated unfairly.
