Review:
Guys, NEVER NEVER NEVER take trucks from this location, but if you can generally avoid penske!
You'll pay rent weekly and pay extra cents per mile for maintenance, but in fact, you will also pay for each separate mentenance, you will pay for the replacement of filters, you will pay for the replacement of consumable parts, and you will also pay for damages that you did not actually cause, and when you want to clarify the lies that Penski tells you, no one will answer the phone, they will always tell you that they are in a meeting and no one will answer your email either.
Stay away!
It is a company that works on scams and lies!

Review:
Rented several times from this location and never experienced the inconvenience I experienced last week. The vehicle I rented didn't have any heat and the emergency brake was broken. I immediately call the Channahon location and was asked to return the vehicle for a replacement. I ask for a credit, the credit offered was sufficient but wasn't the credit I was told I would receive... upon calling the rep said sir the heat wasn't working that's not a big deal. Mind you, it was - 10 degrees

Seth IS A LIFE SAVER!!!
I had to prepare a last minute move and originally hired movers.
Hiring movers was the worst experience I ever had. The alternative was to try to find a large truck for the same day... No luck until Seth answered the phone.
Seth was responsive, helpful, and nice. I found a truck thanks to him.
Seth I am not sure if you'll see this review, but, after a crazy day, your responsiveness, assistance, and kindness is all we needed.

Clean, new facility.... if you need a truck wash, great place.
You will be waiting a LONG time tho, fuel island attendant is oblivious to anyone waiting even when u let him know you're coming. Ridiculous that you have to walk in to tell the shop you're waiting on fuel! No sense of urgency or he cannot multi task. So, if you go, make sure you have plenty of spare time.
( the attendant I'm referring to has glasses mid 40's )
