I have been contacting this Bedford Park office for almost 4 days and leaving messages for a supervisor to call me back. Nobody has ever called me back, so once again, I called the office and I spoke to someone who identified themselves as Julia. I explained the situation to this person which is: I parked my car and went into an establishment at 11:45am and was inside until 12:10pm. When I came back to my car, I was told by the person that was inside my car, that the truck parked in front of me hit my car and it was so hard that the car had moved and shooked. I got out of my car as the man was coming out of the location and I told him that he hit my car. He denied it and I told him that there was someone in my car that seen the entire thing and that I was calling the police. I then took pictures of the truck and him, as well as the license plate. He got into the car and he left the scene. I then went to get a police report. Now, I explained all of this to Julia and then Julia proceeded to ask me for pictures of my car and the police report so that they could file a claim and that it will be emailed to me as well. I never got the email, so I reached back out to Julia and that is when my calls and texts messages were ignored. I finally got a message back from Julia telling me that there were pictures sent it from the driver and that my story don't match. The driver never took any pictures because they left the scene. I feel like I was treated very rudely because I am being accused with lying about someone that hit my parked car. I sent a text back saying that not only there is a witness, but the establishment told me to call the police, so they can get the camera footage from the establishment. I am not going to tolerate this type of treatment from anyone. I wanted to file a complaint with Julia supervisor who name is Ashley as well as the corporate office. When I called another number with this office, I was told that I should have never been asked to send pictures and my personal information into a office because claims deals with that area. The manager over the Julia person named Ashley ask me not to file a complaint with the corporate office because the complaint will just come back to her. I responded back saying that this Julia person never even bothered to apologize for their actions. A victim cannot be treated like a criminal and that is not professional within a business. Someone should be liable for paying for my parked vehicle being hit as well as a possibility of a person in the car being injured. This company does not respond back to issues at all. Now a week later the claims department has still yet to contact me back. I been leaving messages with the adjuster as well as the managers and there has not been a response back yet. My vehicle was really damaged and this company needs to take responsibility. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office about each of these departments and reporting this to the BBB.
