The short Mexican guy in the service department has to be the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at Penske they had a meeting that day and three corporate guys walked by me not one of them asked if I had been helped after I was ignored for 39 minutes I finally got their attention by calling their phone because no one was at the front only to be treated with the upmost disrespect i expected better from Penske these guys are making you look bad

All good except need equipment service improved
