Completely scammed us on Diesel , we have used Penske many times and have been told to make sure it’s 3/4th full that’s how we received it and we returned it with more . Somehow they were able to scam us $104 in diesel in the poplar bluff area. Penske customer service is much better in other areas and we will use a different company for our next move.
