The lady at the counter she made my day after having really bad day on midland and he place I rent the car from the but the lady on at Robert price she is angel with respecting customers and she make everyone happy and she keep smiling even she was working alone

I moved to this location from another state. The location that I rented from gave me a broken tow dolly for my car. Half of my car fell off the tow dolly about five hours into our 15 hour drive. No one told me about the road side assistance or gave me their number so my fiancé ended up driving our car the rest of the way, behind me. The lady who finished our experience with Penske, at the St. Robert location, was rude and not helpful. Despite it being Penske’s fault that we were given a broken dolly, she told us the company would most likely be in contact with us for more information and money to cover the expenses for it. To top it all off, the location I rented it from opened at 6:30 AM and I started my reservation at 7 AM. The St. Robert location opened at 9 AM so I was automatically charged $100 for an extra day but it was only two hours difference. This was my first time going with Penske, as I usually go with U-Haul. It’s safe to say, I will never be renting with Penske again.
