My car was disabled when a kid ran a stop sign and after a week of my doing all the investigation for his insurance, State Farm finally accepted responsibility and reserved me a rental from this Hertz for delivery. When I was transferred to them they said they don't do delivery, and I would have to pay with a credit card and come to them. Me: 'So your deal with State Farm to provide delivered rentals is B.S.' Their response: 'I guess so.'
Don't let State Farm or any other insurance company get you a car from them, you won't get it.
