Penske Truck Rental

Had a problem with a rental truck going cross country and was sent to this facility by Penske roadside. The trip was very stressful however Brian at the front desk and the representative Tracey on the phone were very professional and understanding. I appreciate their customer service, they helped saved the Penske organization from getting a bad review and I will stay a loyal customer because of their customer service.

My husband reserved a van, double-checked on its availability the day before pickup, and was told that they would get a van from Baton Rouge for him, and he ended up with a moving truck! Understanding and customer service are slim to none. The reason/excuse given was 'the vans are scarce.' Then, don't promise to deliver what you don't have, just to make a sale! They lied to my husband three times; once online, and twice face-to-face. My husband had already accepted delivery jobs, so he took the big truck, but we will not be using them again.

Clean well maintained trucks, and great service .
