Penske Truck Rental

Okay. So first of all, Dakota, 5 star human. Amazing! He talks with such compassion and intellect and his customer service skills are above any other company I’ve ever dealt with. Give that guy a raise. For real. The 5 star review is solely based off of him.
Second, my experience was kind of a pain in the butt. Dakota got us an almost brand new truck on the busiest moving weekend (memorial weekend). Less than 8,000 miles on it. We had it for 2 days and it D-rated on us and we had to call the 24 hour line for help. Everything was good. They sent a tow truck and picked it up. However, I also called the store just as a heads up that we had to call the 24 hour line. Whoever answered the phone said it’s fine and that the 24 hour line would take care of it. Perfect. The next day I get a call from Penske asking when I was going to return the truck!! I told them everything that happened and they said it was fine. She goes “okay I’ll find the truck” like it’s at the shop lady! THEN come to find out they charged me for an extra day AND charged me for fuel. How am I supposed to fill the truck up when it’s broken??? Also, I never had it an extra day! So I call Penske and the admin lady tells me the employee is not at the rental desk but she’ll have them call me. They never called me so I called AGAIN. And who answers the phone? You guessed it, the absolute angel from above, Dakota. He helped me immediately, got me the refund for the absurd charges and is the only person y’all should deal with when renting through these people since everyone else doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. THANK YOU, DAKOTA. YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! 5 stars for Dakota. 1 star for Penske.

The employees here are professional, polite and simple awesome. Dakota has treated my family and myself with great care. I highly recommend them

Well where do I start the lotto of bad vehicles or them trying to ruin my business. I started renting with them 3 or 4 months ago I told them I needed a cargo van high top for 5 to 6 thousand miles a week which we have been doing for the entire time. Keep in mind this vehicle is advertised for moving studio apartments..... get a call today with them threatening me that is I didn't bring it back today they were filing charges for theft even though I'm paid up because I was running too many miles I asked how much I was at 5500 average she said.... I hung up on them from there stupidity

Absolutely outstanding experience. Dakota made that the easiest and by far the most pleasant rental that I have ever experienced. I haven't experienced customer service like that in a long time. He is definitely a credit to the company.

Dakota Bush made the process extremely easy,. I needed a van for work on short notice and Dakota & the team got us out the door quickly in a great van. Highly Recommend !
